Crowne Plaza Chester By Ihg

I really enjoyed sitting in the grill restaurant with amazing food in the restaurant. The service was very good and the pool was lovely. Lobby had a bar.

Clean handy accommodation with fabulous staff and pleasant location close to restaurants and shops. Adequate room and amazing communication with the staff.

Clean and fancy place, has amazing views of the hills.

The hotel was luxurious and fairly clean, with superfriendly staff on the very late shift 12pm. Its location was very central, 300 metres from Art.

Very good staff and amenities, amazing stay in a prime Chester location.

Superb staff and location, we really enjoyed this good basic hotel. The room was spotless with sofa bed, had wake-up service, that's cool.

There were lovely staff and food. The room was spacious and with large beds. Early check-in, late check-out. Reception was well decorated.

I stayed here 2 nights and I loved it.

The property was impeccably clean and reasonably priced, had perfect staff and drinks. The room was air conditioned with comfortable beds. I loved this hotel.

Everything was lovely, its stuff and location, plus free wi-fi.

Exceptionally welcoming staff & impressive location, everything was fine. We had a modest room with a balcony that was lovely. Loved Chester, the hotel was sufficient close to the city centre.

Stayed here before, enjoyed staff and location. Bed was comfy, I enjoyed it. Excellent pool and white beach.

Nice place to visit in Chester, if compared to other hotels. Incredibly comfortable location and savoury breakfast, relaxing beds. The executive double room was themed, it included iron and ironing board, and nice sheets. Pool was incredible and the staff were responsible.

Enjoyable location, modern bar, polite staff. Above average breakfast with good selection. I loved convenient placing of complimentary Wi-Fi, climate control and hairdryer in the executive room. You could walk to a shopping area and a market.

Secluded location and very tasty breakfast. The lobby restaurant was affordable and their staff was condescending. Found in a sightseeing area. Very quick check in and helpful service.

Continental breakfast, good food, friendly professional stuff. A pristine beach, extraordinary view.

A serviceable hotel with extraordinary service-minded staff and a bountiful breakfast. Bed was big, room was freshly renovated with a particularly nice view. The pool was great and I had delicious drinks in the Irish bar.

Staff was attentive, overall experience was fairly nice! They gave us a standard king room with tea making etc, free drinks and good view too. Very central location, it was in a peaceful area. The hot drinks in lobby bar were very welcome.

luxury place, you know. we liked drinks and staff, the hotel had absolutely everything we needed. the speedy check-in process too. nice variety of tea and coffee for breakfast.

Central location and good sized room. Enjoyed that there was Crustum with short-orders around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the venue, super convenient. Nice views from the window. Their receptionist is the best! Nothing beats being in Crowne Plaza Chester.

Loyal staff, excellent setting. To get to grosvenor park you'll need to walk 10 minutes
